It’s been clear for 3 months that Wye surgery is failing to meet it obligation of duty or care to its registered users. Frequently E consult is closed and many times they are posting on social media stating they are understaffed and can’t meet the demands of the user base. There is now a consistent failover to address this and it’s now being the norm. Have just been told we can’t get a appointment for a 5 year old and to go else where is the final straw. They need to urgently address there staffing and digital form of endgame t with there service users to allow more efficient use of there resource.

Suggested improvements
You need to be taking clear steps to provide the service you should be and. It letting the current situation become the normal which is sadly is!
