Having tried now on 3 separate occasions to get a review appointment for my daughter, I find myself frustrated and writing this negative review. Econsult has been unavailable, I was advised by reception staff this is now closed as soon as appointments for the day are filled. Yesterday this was unavailable by 9.15am, today the same. At 9.50am this morning I was advised to call again tomorrow at 8am as all appointments for the day have gone. Calling at 8am is no easy task- very often it is impossible to get through due to engaged tone. When I have got through a 40 minute wait has been experienced. The frustration at this point to be told to repeat the process the following day…. I have 4 children to get up and out for school in the morning, this process feels unnessary when it is a review appointment that is required. Why is this appointment not made by the Surgery at the time of the original appointment when a review is required?
