I am trying to book an appointment for a flu jab having been sent a message urging me to promptly phone and arrange it. Over 2 days and in excess of 2 hours I have still not managed to speak to a human being!! During one call I was in a queue and the message repeatedly told me "you are caller number 3" this went on for over 15 minutes, I then gave up!
Suggested improvements
Provide a service similar to booking a meal offering dates and time slots. No need to clog up the phones or talk to human beings
