It says on the website to call before 10 if you want a, home vist I did this, only to be told I need a call from the dr first, then the dr would, see if I NEED a home visit!! I couldn't see anywhere on the website where it tells you this! Unless im missing something? The RECEPTIONIST or (care navigator) as they like to call them was, abrupt and short with me and was, qyick to get me off the phone, not the usual nice warm welcome from them! I moved here from Edenbridge last year and I must say my drs there were so much better all round! I don't mean the, drs, themselves, I can't fault the drs, Its the wat this, surgery is, run from the website to the appointment system.. The, website is not easy to navigate, whach is, why i prefer to call in... This is the first time I have encountered this receptionist..

Suggested improvements
Change the layout of the webpage make it easier to navigate.the webpage needs to be made simpler. Bring back the book your own appointment system. Receptionists need to be courteous too, take time to listen, not but in, and be too quick to put the phone down on you. I was patient waiting almost 45 min no 9 in the queue to be answered by someone who was a bit rude to be honest, and seemed like she didn't want to be there, every other time ive called, ive spoken to really nice staff.
