The staff are brilliant. The doctors are very caring and listen to you. Trevor the nurse is absolutely brilliant. So kind caring and very patient
Very difficult to get an appointment over the telephone. Very long wait.
Been trying to get a further covid jab on line since 29th September onward on the phone. Sometimes three times daily but message reads on phone fully booked try again later. No luck. Then message came through this morning from the surgery 11 October saying hoping you have booked a covid jab
. What a load of rubbish. Very disappointing in the way things are handled..No help in any way..
I fear hospitals as it is in life and now surgery's come into play..
I am not registered at this practice but attended to have a coil fitted. The process worked very well with a telephone consultation with a Doctor ahead of the appointment for the procedure itself. I was kept well informed throughout and communication from the surgery was excellent.
I called to discuss changing my appointment and was dealt with by a very friendly and helpful receptionist although unfortunately I did not get her name. On the day of the procedure all the staff were friendly and helpful, the appointment happened exactly on time and the Doctors were very reassuring and kind. Particular thanks to Dr Hanspaul who was very professional and thorough.
Despite the enormous pressures faced by primary care at the moment, this was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this surgery to anyone based on my experience.
The lead GP - Dr Guy Russell was absolutely dreadful. Had no concern for my child at all.
