The reception staff are infinitely patient. The GPS are conscientious and always call back as promised.
Nurses doing blood tests are friendly and re-assuring and the pharmacists check medication and side effects with great care.
Couldn't ask for more even though the building is a bit rough around the edges, we do have a brand new clinic opening soon.
Suggested improvements
I can't think of anything - the GPs always LISTEN which is vitally important.
