Usually a long wait on the phone to speak to receptionist.
On the call back it can be difficult to understand the dr sometimes, maybe she could speak a little slower ???
Many thanks for your feed back. With regards to booking appointments, we do appreciate that it can take time to get through on the phone. In light of this we have increased the time patients can access the appointment system, which now closes at 12 o'clock. Patients also have access to the Online Consultation System called Patient Triage. You will be able to access this via the Worthing Medical Group website or the NHS app. Patients will be able to submit a non urgent requests, sick notes, repeat prescriptions, provide details of new or ongoing symptoms or see online guidance
