I was kept waiting for half an hour due to a backlog but the doctor immediately apologised (hardly her fault) and made me feel welcome. she dealt with my problem in a sympathetic and constructive way and was friendly and relaxed. the receptionists are also always helpful and understanding. i cannot fault this surgery, very different from the one i had in Brighton!
