Came for an appointment with a client with autism at Heene The sign in screen was not working so reported to reception At no point did she tell us we wer 40 mins early she just said they were running 40 mins late After 1 hour we asked how much longer and told another 40 minclie t decided to leave Made a complaint which was dealt with really quickly The bathroom at Heene was not clean We returned today and service was excellent for a blood test
