It took me 40 minutes to get through to the receptionist. When I eventually got an appointment it turns out it wasn't even with a GP or a nurse, which was concerning considering I am 37 weeks pregnant and was there with an infection. The appointment was 45 minutes late and the "practitioner" had to keep leaving to get a second opinion/approval from the GP next door, baring in mind the GP never even looked at the infection. He patronised me saying that I didn't really needed to come in about the infection "but as your here" he gave me a prescription. That same night I actually ended up in A&E, I saw a doctor and a surgeon, who both said the antibiotics prescribed were not efficient enough for the infection I had.

Suggested improvements
Ensure the medical practitioners working in the surgery are competent and ensure they don't spend 45 minutes with one patient!
