The practice nurse I saw today really helpful and very considerate.

Suggested improvements
Very difficult to get through on the phone the options one answer messages are not correct and in the end I went along to the surgery.

Thank you for your kind words. Feedback is really important to us and always gets fed back to the team whether it be positive or constructive. With regards to getting through one the phone, we do appreciate that this can take time. We have recently increased the availability, if you can call between 8am and 12 to book an appointment, then one of the team will make contact with you later that day. Hopefully this will prevent everyone trying to call at 8am. We have listened to the telephone message again to check for any mistakes and once full capacity goes on you press option 3 to book an appointment (come through to Reception), once 3 is pressed it then advises to press option 2 for prescriptions or hold the line to come through to Reception.
