Thank you for your positive feedback towards our Practice staff members. It is important for us to pass on any feedback, whether positive comments or constructive criticism. This helps to boost morale and gives us learning objectives to work towards improving our service. With regards to booking appointments, we do appreciate that it can take time to get through on the phone. In light of this we have increased the time patients can access the appointment system, which now closes at 12 o'clock. From April 2023 we started using a new Online Consultation System called Patient Triage. You can access this via the Worthing Medical Group website or the NHS app. Patients will be able to submit a non urgent requests, sick notes, repeat prescriptions, provide details of new or ongoing symptoms or see online guidance
