Many thanks for your feedback. I note that you did mark down on the appointments. We do appreciate that this can take time to getting through on the phone lines in order to book an appointment. We have recently increased the availability of appointments. So if you call between 8am and 12 to book an appointment, one of the team will make contact with you later that day.
