Since the Heene Road surgery came under Worthing Medical group. I personally have found the surgery proactive and helpful including - doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, nursing assistants, reception staff and pharmacy. The new hours for ringing up for an appointment makes it much more accessible.

I think using phone appointments to triage is helpful particularly when working but may not be suitable for more vulnerable groups and maybe more than 4 appointments a year a face to face appointment should be triggered.
