Michelle kept me informed on progress and is a lovely nurse- put me at ease from the beginning of treating my leg.

Suggested improvements
The only problem is trying to get an appointment by 'phone. Apart from that everything is fine.

Thank you for your kind words. Feedback is really important to us and does get fed back to the team, whether it be a positive comment or constructive criticism. With regards to getting through on the phone lines, we do appreciate that this can take time. We have increased the availability of appointments. So if you call between 8am and 12 to book an appointment, one of the team will make contact with you later that day. From the 3rd April 2023 we have been using a new Online Consultation System called Patient Triage. You access access this via the Worthing Medical Group website or the NHS app. Patients will be able to submit a non urgent requests, sick notes, repeat prescriptions, provide details of new or ongoing symptoms or see online guidance.
