Having been with Worthing Medical Group for over 20 years I have never been disappointed obviously through various changes of GP they have continued to maintain the best service.

Given the challenging circumstances in the NHS generally you do an outstanding job and always do your best and no one could ask for more

Overall I feel very happy with the care and service given by all staff. However.. The area around the pharmacy is not good. The screens are filthy. Patients have to get so close and shout to be heard. The germs as a result are a hazard. Also old stickers need cleaning off the screen. It needs completely replacing. Someone needs to fast track a better screen and method...not shouting. No confidentiality either.

As above. I have mentioned it to a nurse yesterday Other than that I'd like to say how much better the message is when phoning in Also good that if I phone at 8am I will eventually speak to receptionist and see GP or speak to GP the same day

Being 28th in the queue at 0800 is not a joy but understandable and redressed by the call back service. All else was super.

Suggested improvements
Instant appointment, treatment and cure but these are perhaps ignoring the constraints on the system!

Reasonably pleased with service and care from medical services.but too hard getting harder to get call back phone appointment.dropped urine sample in the evening rang for results next morning and it had been lost.not good enough

Good morning, firstly we apologise for loosing your urine sample, we do deal with a large number of samples daily and apologise for any Inconvenience caused. Our phone lines open at 8am along with our online form which can be found on our website, this can be used to request a call back from a clinician and will avoid you waiting in the call que on the day.
