The service my wife and I received was faultless, even down to facilitating both of us on the same appointment for our blood tests. Overall we are pleased with the service we receive from WMG, despite them being under immense pressures with them being constantly overburdened. The current appointment booking system works extremely well compared to how it was previously.

Following up on my overdue asthma/spirometry tests which are way overdue despite me requesting them. Twice I've asked this year and on both occasions I was informed that somebody would follow this up and contact me to book a review of my asthma, but a few months on and I've had no contact from WMG fir the overdue appointment.

The call back service is very good not to have to wait on phone and speaking to Dr Henderson and then referred to MrLeoni who were both very professional and test have now started
