Very poor surgery, you can very rarely get through on the phone to make an appointment and when you finally do you are treated like as if you are wasting their time and it isnt important that you see a doctor. If you try to book a routine appointment you can never get one under 2 weeks and often 1 month. Reception and phone service very poor, needs massive improvement. Practice manager needs to go on a customer service course.
