Following a number of health issues I must once again thank all members of the team at Woodview for their care in dealing with my needs. From fast tracking through potential chest cancer to ongoing cardiac care the team have fully involved me in their decisions.

Admin staff awful, rude & unhelpful, they let down an otherwise good practice. Doctors & nurses are lovely, Sandra the phlebotomy nurse deserves a special mention as she is outstanding. Admin staff, especially the person in charge should be sent on a customer service training course, appalling attitude.

Fortunately I did not have to use the surgery very often until recently when I was diagnosed with cancer. I cannot speak too highly of all the staff. I will not name them as I do not want to contravene data protection act. What I will say is. The receptionist,s the Phlebotomists, Nurses, Doctors are outstanding and having experienced being a private paying patient for an injury some years ago, I could not have received better treatment and care than I have by all the staff at Woodview. The staff are all so friendly but proffesional and follow up tests and checks. I would not be here now if it was not for the outstanding doctors at Woodview. I am so glad I am registered with Woodview. They are the consument example of what a GP practice should be. I sought out this website, I wasn't asked to write this. I did so to further show my thanks. I no longer have an on going medical condition.

I've been with this practise since the day it opened over 25 years ago. It used to be a fantastic practise but sadly something has gone dreadfully wrong over the past few years which has seen the quality of the service provided plummet. It is impossible to get a repeat prescription ordered on time or delivered to the pharmacy when promised even when ordered in plenty of time on line. There only seems to be one interested competent doctor who is always booked up. One bonus is Sandra the phlebotomist who is a ray of sunshine in an otherwise gloomy place.

My husband and I have been registered with Woodview Surgery for the past 25 years and have always found the doctors at this surgery totally professional and have always felt listened to when attending with health concerns. I have seen many different doctors at appointments over the past few years and would be happy to see any one of them again. My appointments with Nurse Gail Rainbow have always been positive and she has always listened to any concerns and responded appropriately and professionally. If I have needed to see a doctor following a consultation with Nurse Rainbow, she has always ensured I saw one straight away. We would have no hesitation in recommending Woodview Medical Centre to friends and family.
