Admin staff awful, rude & unhelpful, they let down an otherwise good practice.
Doctors & nurses are lovely, Sandra the phlebotomy nurse deserves a special mention as she is outstanding.
Admin staff, especially the person in charge should be sent on a customer service training course, appalling attitude.
