Very busy surgery and after a few unsuccessful attempts to get through on the phone, I went to the surgery to make an appointment. the receptionist who made the appointment (sorry I didn't get her name) was very helpful and fitted me in a few days later (it wasn't an emergency).
I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist (Vicky) for the appointment. The appointment was 30 minutes late (before 10am in the morning), although this was not an issue for me.
