The receptionist always one in the afternoon think her name is Jane is so rude talked down to my mother in such a disrespectful way.and was alway very rude to me on another occasion shouting out about my appointment for everyone to hear so inappropriate and so very horrible about mental health just the opposite of how they should b responding,would make u feel like never going near again but maybe that’s her aim.and Doctor Becker was also rude and dismissive and very uncaring.but the clinical pharmacist was very helpful same not more like him.sad that it’s so unpleasant and scary going to local surgery

The receptionists are very helpful indeed as are the practice nurses.
Non-urgent appointments generally need to be made 2 to 3 weeks in advance, but I've never failed to get an urgent appointment or a call-back from a doctor.
A very busy surgery, but as this wasn't an urgent appointment, I was happy to wait a couple of weeks.
