Negative. Difficult to get appointments when you ring up - long wait to get through the telephone time in the morning and usually the appointments are gone by the time you get through. There does not seem to be any effective electronic queening system. Positive. The GPs always come across professional courteous and helpful. Weekend surgery opening hours is a very good thing, especially for busy working people with children - helps prevent school work description.

Meeting with GP is good. Booking appointment is not great. Need improvement and better arrangement for the appointments.

I have no complaints about the surgery today or any day. My treatment after my stroke has been excellent and still is.

Always greeted by friendly staff. GP always listen and nurses are fabulous. Wouldn't change any of it. Receptionists are always very helpful.
