The telephone queuing system can be frustrating when you find yourself coming slowly down from say number nine in the queue to number one in the queue, only to be informed by the system that your call cannot be answered right now and to call back again.

Suggested improvements
I am mobility impaired and a blue badge holder, and sometimes find that the disabled parking spaces are being used by vehicles not displaying a badge on the dashboard
