Initially I enquired via the website but although I got an automatic reply no one contacted me, so I had to phone after 7 days. The receptionist did see the enquiry but actually said no one had actioned it. She offered me a telephone appointment for 2 days later via the telephone. The telephone appointment was late but that was because all of Earlswwod had a power cut and all the telephones/computers were 'down' so that was nobody's fault. Dr McGilligan then offered me a same day appointment for an injection. This was also delayed but that was becasue of the earlier power cut affecting all subsequent appointments.
