For the second time I have tried to make an appointment with my doctor and not been allowed. This time I was told by the receptionist that I was having a heart attack and need to go to hospital, I knew it wasn't, told them and was put through to someone else who also told me to go to hospital then hung up. After 7 hours in North Tees I was told I should have a gone to the doctors and not hospital.
Poor service by untrained self important jobsworth staff.
If I could I would not have put any stars in this review at all but I have to select them or I can't leave a review.
