Woodlands Medical Centre

It usually takes weeks for an appointment to see a particular GP, the waiting area is a bad environment for anyone who suffers from anxiety or panic-attacks and you may be waiting for anything up to 30 minutes after the appointment time before being called. Ths happened at my last appointment and perhaps due to running so late my GP dismissed me without asking anything about the problem i had and told me i must seek help from a service that is unable to provide any kind of medical treatment at all for me. I have thus lost faith in my GP, the only way to treat the condition i sought help for is to self-medicate and i would much rather not have to do that but if your GP literally will not help there may be no alternative.
Woodlands do have a web-based system which makes it possible to make appointments & request repeat prescriptions online & that is welcome but there is no way to contact or give feedback to a particular doctor, or to contact anyone about any problems with the service provided.
