I phoned today and was helped by Fiona to fill in an e consult as I found it impossible to fill one in online. It was an embarrassing subject but she made me feel very at ease and made the phone call caring and cheerful just what I needed. I have had experiences at the surgery with some staff that haven't been as good but so many who work at the surgery really try to do their best so, thanks to them and Fiona and those who don't , "buck up" !!! *****
