I phoned today and was helped by Fiona to fill in an e consult as I found it impossible to fill one in online. It was an embarrassing subject but she made me feel very at ease and made the phone call caring and cheerful just what I needed. I have had experiences at the surgery with some staff that haven't been as good but so many who work at the surgery really try to do their best so, thanks to them and Fiona and those who don't , "buck up" !!! *****

The staff were incredibly kind and caring. I really felt as though I was the most important person to them and nothing was too much bother.

I was obviously a little apprehensive about having my vesectomy, but the staff at this centre were second to none! They were kind, informative, friendly. They put me ease straight away. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure that everything was explained and that I was happy and confident in what was going on, before, during and after the operation. If you are thinking of having this procedure, then I couldn't recommend this clinic highly enough.
