How does anyone ever get an appointment at this surgery. Told to telephone 8.30am for a morning appoinment and 3pm for an afternoon one but when I ring the phone is constanly engaged. When I finally get through all the appointments are gone!! They are never able to offer appointment bookable in advance.
This surgery really shouldn't take on anymore new patients until it is able to offer the care needed to existing patients.
Have been trying for a week now to get an appointment without success. They don't seem to realise people have to work and can't hang around hoping they can get an appointment .
