Very easy to get an appointment. Doctors work with you in your care rather than telling you what you need.

Going to the doctors can be daunting, sitting in the waiting room thinking "there's nothing wrong with me, why am I wasting their time". My last visit was very reassuring (and brilliant to be able to go after work), the doctor put me right at ease, listened to me and discussed my concerns positively and reassuringly. I would definitely recommend the practice.

The receptionist are second to none - ALWAYS friendly and willing to help - I have been a patient for a while now and I have had 3 bouts of cancer and through it all they have been amazingly helpful and will do 'all they can' to do 'what the can' to help me in 'any way they can'. They really are a super bunch of people.

The staff at both surgeries are very helpful,pleasant and polite. Getting through by telephone to arrange a Drs appointment can be difficult, but has improved lately. A lot easier going on line if available.
If telephone lines were improved it obviously would be a loty easier
