It's bad enough to get through receptionist and now you have to get pass the inexperienced nurses before being able to see a doctor. As practice they don't seem value the quantity of life of their patients. What's the point of having good doctors if you cannot see them.
Suggested improvements
As a patient I shouldn't feel I'm waisting their time. I self medicate and if I'm not well and after week of sufferingTry to contact the surgery
And hope you see a doctor.
