I used the on line service to book an appointment, this is a very good service. The text message reminders are a wonderful idea.
My consultation with the Doctor was very good despite running late.
Reception and waiting area could do with improving. You could easily hear who the receptionists were talking to on the telephone when you were waiting to be seen, not great confidentiality.
