Covid has become an excuse for poor service, no understanding of carer's and their rights. Admin staff think they have medical degree's. They are open to new patients, go else where.

This Surgery has gone downhill rapidly in the last 2 years prior to covid.Myself my partner and family members all use this practice AND all feel exactly the same The personal /human approach that was very evident when Dr's Patrick and Bishop and Mineni were there has long since gone.

The situation of an E Consultation rather than a face to face appointment has greatly epitomised the standard and level of humanity in such sppointments. I completely understand Covid 19 has changed the way the world operates HOWEVER that does not make it acceptable for an appointment to have a completely different feel to it. This is completely unacceptable.
