This week was a positive experience.
The telephone assistants were both bright and fresh, motivated and thoughtful in their responses to my queries.
It left me feeling positive.
Both ladies were empathetic in their approach to dealing with me, the patient.
I am so glad I have able to write this review as

Suggested improvements
There are difficult people and 'difficult' people!
I have always understood how awkward the public can be.
But, have never understood why we cannot differentiate
between them.
Maybe some training in " Managing difficult people".
I feel like a complete stranger yet have attended my surgery
Probably 50 times.
Why can we not acknowledge people as belonging?
Show a little positive giving maybe.
