My wife attended to submit a repeat prescription, she was spoken to very sternly and off-handish being told what to do in this manner is totally uncalled for. She had tried repeatedly to telephone but no one seem s bothered to answer the telephone.I suggest some of your staff could do with re-training in how to show respect and sympathy for patients who attend the surgery
From reports of other local surgeries, this is exceptional in its services. I have found if you ring early enough you can get the help you need.
The receptionists are very helpful and can usually arrange to speak to your own doctor. The only gripe I have is some of the nurse practitioners are not up to scratch and end up seeing your doctor in the end.
All in all, an excellent surgery
This week was a positive experience.
The telephone assistants were both bright and fresh, motivated and thoughtful in their responses to my queries.
It left me feeling positive.
Both ladies were empathetic in their approach to dealing with me, the patient.
I am so glad I have able to write this review as
Well done laxies.
Receptionist attitude and phone manner leaves a lot to be desired rude and off hand they seem to rule the roost, difficult getting to see a doctor.
Had trouble getting the right strength of medication when altered by my psychaytist, was told they had not received information even though I had taken the letter into the surgery. They left me without my meds for 3 days at a time with no notification or explanation. The recepionists think they have a higher position than they really do and are often very impolite.
I would not reccomend this surgery as even the practice manager cannot be bothered to reply when a complaint is obviously the first stage to get matters sorted. Very poor service.
