I had only just moved, the place itself is intimidating. The receptionists snottynan opinionated. The first doc I saw due to a breast lump treated me like I was wasting his time. I have had cancer issues in the past. He calls a nurse an says in front of me that this really isn't his area if expertise. The nurse shreds she knows nothing They then tell me it's to do with me ovulating. I'm 42 an on a pill that stops ovulation. Here's an idea. Maybe they should do a quick check over on the notes before seeing a patient. Oh no wait I thought they did that. Second doc I have clinical depression an anger issues. This was the next day. I was so distraught at my previous treatment I was in a bad space an later that day lashed out so knowing I have a problem again I tried them the following day. Big mistake I'm sitting there crying an hysterical an Ive never been met with such condescension. She looked at me like I was scum. No compassion, just judgement an nastiness. You're feeling low this doctors is not where you want to be. Have mental health issues just go to the hospital or Mind. Mind helped me immensely. I would never ever recommend this place. The service is disgusting. With this it's obvious what should be done. A Doc is not there to pass judgement before you've even spoken. Maybe this doctor needs to go on a social skills course in order to speak to people like they are human beings . Learn the art of being non judgemental.
