I am very disappointed with care this afternoon. Paperwork not ready for taking bloods ready for hospital appts on the 9th. And nurse seemed to be not bothered.

Doctors and nurses responded with the correct type of treatment or medication. There were delays to appointment times, but lovely there was less waiting than there use to be, which was very good.
