I unfortunately saw Kirsty in room 4. I have no idea how she has a job in care? She was abrupt, passive, aggressive and unknowledgeable. She told me contraception pills have never been free (they have) and I would have to pay. I asked her about the price differences as between the doctors/pharmacy as some medicine can can be cheaper, she said there has never been a price difference.

1. Blood tests (no problem). 2. Easy to talk to Melissa. She suggested pneumonia jab and done immediately. Even though early morning (8.50) delayed until 9.15.

Repeat prescriptions by phone would be really useful. More time for complex cases - or able to book double appts like used to.
