Amazing, fantastic care, always get an appointment on the same day as I call, phoned at 2 pm had an appointment by 4.30 pm.

Repeat prescriptions by phone would be really useful. More time for complex cases - or able to book double appts like used to.

Iyn Turnbull did my blood test yesterday, she was fantastic, I'm normally petrified of having bloods taken but she did it straight away and made me feel so relaxed. Thanks to Ellie as well for coming to check on me after as she knew how nervous I was beforehand!
