it was virtually impossible to get an appointment by telephone. something really really needs to be done about this, as it adds to the stress on the patient.

We are sorry to hear that you have had difficulties in getting appointments. With many local GP practices closing, we are finding out services under increasing pressure, and cannot offer as many appointments as we would like. However, we are working to create triage systems and innovate ways for patients to access the care they need when they need it without reducing the quality of our service.
