The receptionists are all pleasant to start with seem to act as bouncers, after a while. Never answer the phone which I have seen just sitting there no wonder I have to go personally to get an appointment.

We are about to upgrade our telephone system which will allow easier access by telephone and will be setting up the UK’s first digital health project in the near future. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the practice. Over the period in which you have been with us, the field has changed significantly, and we are under much greater pressure to deliver than ever before, with less resources to do so.
