Patients can only make an appointment between the hours of 8am-12pm via an online form. This is not acceptable that the practice refuse to make patient appointments after 12pm but are open to 6pm. Absolute shambolic.
Suggested improvements
You could allow patients to make appointments during your opening times 8am-6pm daily.
