It takes 10-20 mins to get someone on the phone, then the receptionist wants to vet you before they'll allow you to make an appointment. I was having breathing problems and had to wait 4 days for an appointment. When you arrive they have you press the buzzer, wait for 5 - 10mins to answer as you can see them talking to the person who's probably waited 10mins to get in. The process is so long, frustrating and they do not smile at you. It's very off putting. They actually don't want people at the centre I feel. The repeat prescriptions are always messed up or not put through. The management in this place don't know what they are doing to their patients or worse they do

Suggested improvements
The practice needs to stop putting up so many barriers.... Phone barriers. Reception barrier, barriers to get in and listen to their patients.. They also close the place at the drop of a hat citing, staff shortages and sickness... Only a G. P. would get away with this, if this wasn't funded and was a proper business it would go bust
