Asked to see a dr for my son, was without being told given an appointment for a nurse who then informed me I’d have to make an appointment with a doctor. 3-4 weeks for an appointment, still behind closed doors. Practice is a total joke . I will need to move for my own sanity .
Suggested improvements
Give appointments with doctors, listen to feedback, take concerns seriously instead of passing messages via reception staff.
