Poor customer service. Abrupt and uncaring reception staff. GP very uncaring and disinterested.. I asked if i i could have my cholesterol, blood sugar levels etc checked and was told " they are not necessary unless you have had a heart attack" i'm a 58 year old male and surely i'm entitled to a health check but in this practice it seems not.
DREADFUL STAFF AND GP. I WON'T BE BACK.
