Have been trying to speak with a GP since hospital discharge without success for over three weeks. Receptionists are the most unhelpful I have ever encountered. They don't listen to patients and think they are medically qualified to make judgement on who and when requires telephone and emergency appointments. Finally got to speak with GP today who was most helpful.

Suggested improvements
Listen and don't judge. We realise things are difficult at present but nobody phones their GP unless it's absolutely necessary.
