It seems impossible to make an appointment over the phone. If you're lucky enough to go through the phone call, you've been left on the waiting list for ever, and when you manage to speak to the receptionist you've been told that there's not any appointments left and that you have to book online, which is frustrating. The online system to book an appointment is too long and tedious. You have to answer many questions related to your condition. You have to do this for every single health problem you may experience. Your assessment will be made by a GP over a phone call in most of the cases, unless your health problems require immediate action to see the GP.
Every time I've seen a GP I've been seeing by a different one, which has made me feel vulnerable. I've found some of the GPs I've seen in the last years are a bit arrogant and don't seem to care much. If you're hoping to go through a couple of medical conditions, be ready to be told off by the GP. My experience has showed me that there's a lack of care and neglect.
