It seems impossible to make an appointment over the phone. If you're lucky enough to go through the phone call, you've been left on the waiting list for ever, and when you manage to speak to the receptionist you've been told that there's not any appointments left and that you have to book online, which is frustrating. The online system to book an appointment is too long and tedious. You have to answer many questions related to your condition. You have to do this for every single health problem you may experience. Your assessment will be made by a GP over a phone call in most of the cases, unless your health problems require immediate action to see the GP. Every time I've seen a GP I've been seeing by a different one, which has made me feel vulnerable. I've found some of the GPs I've seen in the last years are a bit arrogant and don't seem to care much. If you're hoping to go through a couple of medical conditions, be ready to be told off by the GP. My experience has showed me that there's a lack of care and neglect.

Suggested improvements
Theres's many things that need improvement: 1. The appointment booking system need to be made easier & quicker to patients and made more available over the phone. 2. There are data security concerns for patients on online appointments, as I view my personal data is more at risk during digital interactions, which is not a good option. 3. There's a loss of personal connection when booking appointments online and doesn't allow to form individual connections with GPs. Phone booking can establish a dialogue, whereas online booking is more detached and intimidating since patients are meant to provide answers related to their health symptoms over an online rigid questionnaire. 4. Dealing with a patronising GP takes self-control. Many of us have encountered an arrogant or egotistical healthcare provider. They come across as superior and seem brusque. When we're feeling unwell, which is the reason why we're visiting the GP, facing such a personality makes us feel intimidated, angry and frustrated with many negative emotions, which are not helpful for improving our health. 5. As a patient I want to know that my healthcare provider is caring and kind, there is no room for arrogance, narcissism or condescension from egotistical medical professionals. I cannot trust a healthcare provider when my GP is condescending.
