Have always managed to see a Doctor on the same day and usually the requested Doctor. Doctors have always been extremely good , caring, informative and take time to analyis your problems Nurses are the same as well as administrative staff when needed. The online prescription service and link to local pharmacy is excelent as is the online future booking of Doctors etc- very useful item. Txt reminder for forthcoming appointment is also good item. Overall I find the whole care an ease of being seen is excellant and fully recommended to others.
